The VEIN//PROTOCOL ring forms an irregular cross of flowing silver, its surface rippling with organic ridges and molten-like textures. Four elongated arms extend outward in uneven directions, tapering to sharp, fluid points as if the metal has been pulled and frozen mid-motion. At the center, a faceted Champagne Nanosital stone is held in a small prong setting, suspended within the intersecting silver veins where the structure converges.
Light travels across the raised channels and polished edges of the form, creating shifting highlights along the branching lines while the gemstone glints from the core of the piece. The composition feels both raw and deliberate, with the stone acting as the focal point where the silver’s movement gathers.
Each ring is individually carved and finished by hand in the Keeney Silver studio. Subtle irregularities are intentionally preserved, giving every piece its own unique character.
